Shared-cloud: Product changes sync through Firestore across authorized devices. Cart, Individual Checklist, and personal histories remain local to each device; Shared Group checklists sync live through Firestore for assigned members. Google Sheets remains a one-way automatic mirror/backup of app product changes; Owner Sync Now remains the controlled recovery/verification tool.
